Monthly Rentals in Columbia Island

Exactly as pictured. The space was perfect for our family of three. Bed was very comfortable, lots of storage space, pull out couch for our little one. Close to the city it was an easy drive in and around the area. Laundry downstairs. Just a couple things to note as described there is no elevator, from the parking lot you go down steep stairs and the sidewalk to the building also has steps a little difficult to navigate with bags, suitcases and little ones, then you walk up to the 4th floor apartment. The windows do not blockout any noise, you will hear all outside noise.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

I am so lucky to have stayed at this spot! John and his wife Darcy are so welcoming and just genuinely kind people. They have great adventure spots and are just so fun to be around! They are the kind of people that you are blessed to meet and are rare to find. I would recommend their spot to anyone who is solo traveling as well! Super cozy and safe and you will definitely enjoy your time! I am so happy that plans worked out to me coming here- everything happens for a reason!

Alia was an amazing host and cared about every little detail. It was so easy to communicate with her and I felt right at home. Even though this was my first visit to the US this place made me feel right at home. Thank you so much for looking after me during my stay and I look forward to coming back here again.
