Grand Lodge on Peak 7's one-bed condos come with a spacious living space to accommodate up to four guests. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a full kitchen as well. Each unit comes with its own private balcony. Located directly at the base of Peak 7, skiing and hiking are moments away. Main street is a short drive or Gondola ride down the mountain. Pools, hot-tubs, spa, grills and theaters all on property. Front Desk staff is available 24 hours a day for any needs. Views of ten mile range.

At 13 yrs of rentals, we are still nearly perfect! Sales and lodging taxes, Short-Term Rental Lic posted on site or online w/ owner. 1st floor, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Electronically secured doors, private patio off studio. Kitchen fully appointed, with full size appliances. There's a full boutique bath with a 6 ft soaker tub. Out the back entrance towards parking area, and not in picturesque view from patio is supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway.
