Earth house holiday rentals in Colorado

Being able to walk out the back door for 5 minutes to the river was amazing. And the yard was fenced in so my dog could sniff around off-leash. Mary gave great recommendations for restaurants and hikes. It was a very peaceful stay.

TC has an immaculate place with lots of room for yoga and floor stretching. Quiet cul de sac at the base of hills. Nice artistic wall colors. Cool vibe. You share her kitchen and she somehow disappears so you feel you have the place to yourself although she is specific to let you know what’s off limits. Only suggestion is it would be nice to have reading lamps on either side of the bed so that overheads do not have to be used. We cook our own food and brought cooler into house because refrigerator is shared and we happened to need more space. Would stay again.

We selected this home for the views and the remote access, it delivered on both. The home comes across better in person than the photos online. Mason was very good at communicating with me. We enjoyed being close to from Idaho Springs restaurants and yet could get away from everything in just 15 minutes. The walk to the old cemetery was nice, arriving about dusk added some interesting effect.

Our host was friendly and responsive. Provided excellent instructions for getting in and settled. We felt right at home in no time. The place itself is a marvel inside and out – so well decorated; clearly a lot of love went into it. Everywhere one looks there’s something interesting: curios, hand-made ironwork, wall hangings and pictures, antiques, and other fascinating and inventive bits of woodwork. Completely charming and comfortable. Although it appears rustic, the kitchen has everything needed for full meal prep and enjoyment including air-fryer and microwave. Wifi sign-in was easy and worked perfectly. Our first time visiting Crestone (so beautiful). Thank you for a fun visit. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend away here! Such a cozy comfortable house to stay in. It had everything we needed to relax and explore around Colorado Springs! We will definitely book again if we go to another event at the Broadmoor World Arena.

Great home with plenty of hiking in the area!

Brandy’s place was awesome! It allowed for five couples to comfortably stay for a wedding we had in the area. The common spaces were spacious and the kitchen allowed us to make meals when we weren’t out. Additionally, the large hot tub was great! The location is prime and near a Safeway, which was helpful for groceries and drink runs. I would highly recommend booking this spot!

We absolutely loved our stay!!!! The views from every window were incredible. We loved the outdoor patio/outdoor dining option and enjoyed one of our most memorable sunsets to date from the backyard. The trail running from the home was lovely. It was a truly magical weekend. Thanks again! Can’t wait to come back!

Great house and location. Very peaceful and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Short drive to Monarch for skiing, and close to all the things Salida and the surrounding area has to offer. The only complaint we had was the lid on the hot tub was broken and it took some muscle to get it off and on.

Truly one of the most special and magical Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. An Earthship is a one-of-a-kind opportunity and Arianna's home was that plus filled with attention to love and care. Everything was pristine and the home was warm, clean and the beds comfortable cosy .Would like to now have my own Earthship! Thank you for having my family and taking such good care of us.

Decided to do some star-gazing and photography for the recent Planetary alignment and we feel like we picked the perfect place! That west facing Patio attached to the Master has the perfect view of the San Juans, the sky and the valley below! <3 There were only two of us so we did not need the extra space, but man this Adobe can host a giant group! :) Host waws very communicative and helpful and allowed us to move the chairs from the fire pit upstairs to make it as comfortable as possible. Check-in & Check-out were easy peasy! The location is perfect for strolls into the town of Crestone which I also recommend! Also got to chit-chat with the local deer and some chipmunks that decided to walk on my and say hi! We have found our place in the SLV for any future trip too, thank you so much Gretchen!!

Joanna’s place is pretty much perfect. It has every amenity you’ll need PLUS a great book selection and radiant heated floors. It was exactly the cozy and peaceful weekend we were hoping for. Only a couple minutes from town with several great restaurants, live music, and one of the friendliest communities you’ll meet. We hope to come back.

Meredith has truly created a magical place! There was not an expense or thought spared in its design. This hidden Gem is the perfect get away from the busyness of life. It’s surrounded by mountains, secluded, and under a blanket of stars. Don’t miss out on stargazing in the jacuzzi, relaxing in the sauna and visiting the sand dunes & the Cloud cafe. We had an epic stay!!! grateful we stumbled on this gem and will definitely be back. Suzanne & Dennis
