Valentina was an excellent host! I would occasionally meet her working in the garden on my way out in the morning and we would have a lovely conversation about our days, but also about our lives. She also always made sure that there were no issues with the place. The surrounding area in Barton Springs was also very inviting for long walks, especially during sunset.

Always a great stay. Peaceful. Everything you need is there. Highly recommend.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sabine‘s guesthouse. Everything from beginning to the very end went perfect. Even though we arrived late (9pm) Sabine was waiting outside on the porch for us and welcomed us warmly. It felt like coming home! The beds are amazingly cozy and the whole apartment is really nice furnished. We were even given access to prime and netflix on the TV by Sabine. We didn‘t use it but i still think thats pretty wholesome. We had a great chat with Sabine and her family (she moved to the US from Germany and I‘m german myself so we had a lot to talk about. Overall I can highly recommend others to spend some time at Sabine‘s. It‘s a really awesome experience!

Great small space for a nice getaway yet bit enough to fit me, my 2 kids, and my fiance. my kids loved the galaxy light on the night stand. Paul was a very accommodating and easy to reach host who made sure our reservation would go smoothly. I'd definitely stay again.

Sarah’s studio was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting friends moving to a nearby neighborhood. It was neat and clean with all the necessary supplies plus plenty of extras. It was quiet and restful and the bed was very comfortable. The shower is small but adequate. I especially liked the large frosted-glass window by the table which provided lots of natural light as well as privacy. The signal light at the entrance to Sarah’s neighborhood made access easy and safe. I took a walk around the neighborhood (sidewalks) and enjoyed looking at the other homes. It looks like a lovely place to live. Thanks for sharing your place!

Awesome stay! The location was perfect. It super close to downtown and all the climbing gyms we had on our list. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. Definitely a great home base if you're looking to explore Austin and hit up the local bouldering spots. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. My dog appreciated the fenced yard and it was a very peaceful neighborhood to walk her in. Sara was very welcoming and responsive! The location was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

Julie is so incredibly responsive - I would always receive a response back minutes after sending her a message through Airbnb. I also must commend her on her patience with my cats - this was their first time in a different environment and a few things ended up broken. Julie was incredibly understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you so much for your helpfulness and patience!

I traveled to San Antonio for my daughter’s tennis tournament and was very pleased with the accommodations, I didn’t lack for anything! Ray was fantastic, I am new to traveling by myself and he made me feel right at home with his quick responses to my simple questions. The apartment was perfect!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to many different food spots and the neighborhood was peaceful.

I've stayed at a handful of AirBNBs and I've never had a friendlier host. Mari & Danny we're so nice and probably a huge part as to why people come back gear after year. Would recommend to anyone visiting Austin.

Host did a wonderful job communicating! While we were staying, San Antonio had to weather a tough thunderstorm that took out the internet for a brief moment. Before we even reached out to the host, she told us she contacted the provider and said it would be back up shortly. Due to flight times, she made an exception and also let me check in an hour or so early so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the airport. It's a small spot but just enough for a short trip. The patio is so lovely, and had it not been raining, we would've been out there most of the time. Either way, it was a nice, calming view right in front of the bed. Water pressure was good in the shower as well. Wall air conditioner unit in the bedroom and living room helped get rid of some of the humidity from the rain. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it's like any 3-star hotel, really—it just feels much more like a home, which is exactly what we were looking for. Totally recommend!
