cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!

This beautiful condo is a must stay! The host, facility, staff and accommodations were beyond expectation. 11/10 recommend!

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The coffee shop in the lobby was also nice and convenient to have.

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. It was an unforgettable father’s day weekend 😊!

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Staying with Tracy De Leon was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and had all the amenities needed and went beyond loved the welcoming sign and our granddaughters the chocolates. This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay in town for a wedding! Super close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

We had an amazing stay it was our first time staying in an apartment with Airbnb so we were hesitant but it honestly felt so safe and right at home. Everything was clean however the only thing is the water pressure if you want something that has amazing shower water pressure this place is not it but it was decent. Besides that this place was a 5/5. Would stay here again in the future if available!

I had a great stay here! Solo female traveler and I felt totally safe in this property. I cooked a bunch and had everything I needed here! Very comfortable stay!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very spacious. Mandy was VERY quick to respond on all questions I had. Only complaint was no TVs in the bedrooms. That being said it was also very nice to take a break from the TV when turning in for the night. We would 1000% recommend this place and will 1000% stay there again!

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

We stayed in Natalie’s place for 5 nights (Sunday-Friday) so my son could attend a camp in NB. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I worked from the apartment while my son was at camp, and I didn’t have any trouble with the internet. The pool and large yard was perfect for children! I expected noise to be an issue because it seemed many others in the complex were there on vacation but we never heard any of the neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again next year if Natalie’s place is available!
