Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Welcome to Drôme Provençale! 🪴 In an old building, I rent a studio on the 1st floor of a condominium with parking space. Located a 400-meter walk to the center of the village. It is composed of a single room: A beautiful kitchen. A 140 x 190 cm double bed. A table and 2 chairs, a small sofa bench. A large closet. A closed bathroom with shower tray, sink and toilet. Reversible air conditioning. A south-facing exterior.

The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage.
