The Sandra apartment is very spacious and super equipped. The view of the river makes the sunrises and sunsets something special. Fresh with good ventilation. While it's not in a tourist area, you can walk to the main one right away. Recommended for staying for several days!

Beautiful apartment! Overlooking the river, complete and very warm. Natalia met us at the port and gave us a general tour of the city. In addition, it is in front of the boulevard that connects you with a divine walk everywhere, and, although it is not in the historic center, you can walk there in a few minutes. We'll be back!!

The apartment is is very nice and very comfortable. It has a beautiful river view and the sunsets that are enjoyed from the balcony are beautiful. It requires locomotion as it is not close to services but for those who prefer tranquility, the place is magnificent. The lack of wifi is the only big downside we found in this apartment. Otherwise, the stay here is great and highly recommended.

We were very comfortable in Juan's house. Everything we needed, clean, with a good bed coat for 7 people. To take into account, if more than 4 people go, the mezzanine is not very accessible due to the steepness of the staircase, in our case there was no problem. The area is very quiet, next to the Plaza de Toros, ideal for driving. There is a supermarket one block away, a goal. We will definitely be back!

The house is well equipped, clean, located in a very quiet area, with a large and beautiful patio, with a lot of greenery around, excellent for rest and close to visit the wineries of Carmelo. Ary was very attentive the whole time and kind in communication. I would definitely come back!

House with very good characteristics for 5 people, comfortable beds and with everything you need, the spacious and bright environments. The patio with the grillboard makes the evenings very enjoyable. The tranquility of the area is very good, and that this is half a block from the beach does it better, it is a very family-friendly spa.

very nice apartment, beautiful view. The building has a spa, heated pool and gym that we could all use. Very nice. Too bad they allow children to enter the jacuzzi and heated pool, not making the place relax as it should. But that should already set the rules for the building or become aware of the adults and being responsible parents.
