All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Casa Moli is a beautiful brand new house in the best area of Colonia, three blocks from the Rambla, between the Bullring and downtown (Historic District). Old colonial house built in 1850, located in the centre of the Historic District. You will be able to enjoy the charm of it and its surroundings. Wood-burning stove with supply and charcoal for the grill. Uncomparable sunsets from its spacious terrace and viewpoint. Three bedrooms, two of them with A/C.

Domo Sereno: This unique geodesic dome is located 15 minutes away from the old town of Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Surrounded by trees in the peaceful countryside, the dome is nestled in nature. Great for couples and ideal to rest and unplug. We don’t have WiFi nor TV in the dome.
