Very quiet, safe and quiet area in front of the square and close to shops and banks, a few blocks from the historic neighborhood and one block from the beach. Fully furnished, with air conditioning on both floors, TV and kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
