Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cologna Spiaggia

The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

The place is very well located, comfortable and a garage space is a plus. Giorgia was very helpful and made us feel at home. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. Very beautiful place with a very beautiful view 😍

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.
