Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cologna Spiaggia

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to get around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding forest, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who went out of her way to help us with luggage (our car was too big and we couldn't get into the square in front of the house). The terrace has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but guaranteed an important efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really appreciated the life within the village.

Loredana's house is quiet without car traffic in the small town of Spoltore, below a small square and with a great terrace. View of the mountains. The town centre can be reached in a few minutes with a bar, pizzeria and bakery and also a nice supermarket. The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Very pleasant with furniture for the old house, but with all modern necessities such as a good gas stove, large TV and quiet air conditioning. Loredana welcomed us personally and helped us a lot, especially in finding a doctor. Free parking above the house with a few stairs is easy. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place and the house for 14 days.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

We were guests on New Year's Eve and it was only a positive experience. A slightly difficult area to reach, using a suitable car on unpaved roads is recommended. Maja was very nice and approachable, during the days the house was heated and very welcoming.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Annalisa was a super kind, punctual and helpful host. The apartment is immersed in the countryside in a quiet corner a few minutes from the sea and being equipped with a fenced garden we found it really comfortable for a stay with our 4-legged friend. A highly recommended place, we felt welcomed and pampered!

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything that was needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station does not bother either. Overall highly recommended.

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. During our stay, the hot tub unfortunately did not work, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

It's like visiting your grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!
