Het appartement is volledig prive met eigen ingang en parkeerplaats en is ingericht met een ruime zitgedeelte en een luxe keuken. De hele woning heeft vloerverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, oven, koelkast en inductie kookplaat. Er is een prachtige badkamer aanwezig met tweede toilet. De slaapkamer bevat een boxspring. In de privé schuur is stroom aanwezig voor de fiets.
