Val d'Allos, quiet and sunny chalet with Wifi

Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

In a chalet, a brand new cozy accommodation, accessible on foot by a small path. Very quiet, private terrace and garden, south/west exposure with exceptional panoramic view of the valley. Leisure area and village centre 600 m on foot, public parking. 1 master bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 child in the main room, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/WC. Kitchen: stove top, oven, microwave fridge /freezer oven, raclette machine,blender, kettle coffee machine.

1 hr 25 min from Nice, small house in a mid-mountain hamlet at an altitude of 750 m. Beautiful view – private terrace – quiet but not isolated Numerous hikes and canyoning nearby (Esteron) 12 km from all shops, swimming pool, steam train, train service and bus to access Nice and the beaches Close to the citadel of Entrevaux, sandstone of Annot, Daluis gorges (Niçois Colorado)...... Ideally located for bike or motorcycle enthusiasts.

Provide snow tires or chains between November and March (mountain law).

My place is close to the VAL D'ALLOS ski resorts. Numerous hiking trails, close to the Verdon Gorge, and Mercantour. In the village of Beauvezer: - Pizzeria / Grocery / Country House / Bellevue Restaurant. Old carpentry workshop, under stone vault from 1719, pretty south-facing terrace, very nice for sunbathing. Free shuttle to the SKI resort, 20 minutes. (sheets and towels provided) Minimum 4 day stay during vacation period.
