It is located in the city center of Carhaix-Plouguer, in a small street (almost pedestrian in summer). There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to live in... the neighborhood too! Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning package can be negotiated.
