Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Beautiful Traditional Alpine Chalet

Our lovely chalet stands in its own grounds and overlooks the Lac de Vonnes, just 10 minute walk from village centre and 100 metres from the ski lifts linking the Super Chatel and Linga ski area. It is possible to ski back to the chalet door. We have 5 ensuite family bedrooms, a children's playroom, lounge with open fireplace, and lovely panelled dining room plus a lovely decked terrace with sunken jacuzzi. All in all a fabulous space to enjoy.

A happy home with an even brighter outlook

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.

Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.

Authentic Savoyard attic, fully renovated, at 1340 m above sea level, next to the slopes of La Panthiaz, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" resort. Facing south, with a unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a snowmobile and/or SSV shuttle to the first car park that is accessible to cars (1.2 km away). You can return to the chalet with your skis on.
