For change of scenery head into town which has a lot of restaurants and boutiques, plus if you time it right; the butter tart festival is held there in summer. There's also Little Lake Park that's 10 minutes if you want to go the beach. And anyone who enjoys Pickleball, there's excellent courts at Tiifin Park.

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, and the setup made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Mina was an amazing host — super easy to communicate with and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. We had such a smooth and comfortable experience staying here, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Mina’s place for groups looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We brought a few friends from overseas for a visit. We were delighted with our stay. The house met all our needs. It was a quiet and peaceful place for us to sit around and catch up with our friends whom we haven’t seen for many years. We were delighted with the generous supply of shampoo and conditioner even though we were not expecting them. We would go back if we ever need to in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Tiny! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. The cottage was spotless. The attention to detail was impressive and a thoughtful extras like games, local guidebooks, and outdoor seating areas. The location was perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive to nearby beaches, trails, and cute local shops. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds, and winding down in the evenings around the fire pit under the stars. We’ll definitely come back

The place was great! Host was great at responding during the trip and sent very thorough messages about the rules and what was allowed. Even answered late at night when there was a problem. Loved the local recommendations and local restaurants provided on the welcoming sheet. The area is very peaceful and good for anyone who is okay driving places. Me and my group were from America and we couldn’t have had a better first experience in Canada here. Very affordable too if you’re in a group!

Lovely villa. Lots of room for 9 adults. Good quantity of bedding and towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Large eating area for everyone. The outside kitchen would be amazing in warmer weather. The games room was a big hit with basketball, table tennis, and pool table. There is a nice fire pit in the back yard with lawn chairs all around. It is just a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good place for big crowd!

My family and I stayed at Edward's cottage and loved every minute of our stay. The place was perfect, and Edward was a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this cottage, and we’ll most likely rent it again for our next family getaway.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Katherine et son mari. Ils sont des personnes très chaleureuses, accueillantes et interessantes. Le B&B était d’une propreté exemplaire. Je veux souligner qu’ils ont porté une attention particulière à la literie dans la chambre. Le lit était confortable et les draps super doux. L’endroit est intime et tranquille. Il est également très agréable d’échanger avec eux durant le petit déjeuner qui était délicieux! Katherine fait aussi des muffins maisons qui goûtent le ciel! Merci encore pour votre hospitalité! Excellent AirBnb! Halina is so nice and welcoming. Her home and property are beautiful. The room and amenities were very comfortable. We had a late check-in, around 9pm, and Halina was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing after a long day. We’re looking forward to returning to the area in the future and would certainly stay with Halina again!

Modern, well maintained 3 bedroom home exactly as advertised with a responsive host. Perfect for attending a wedding at Madison Greenhouse in Newmarket being only 6 min away! Would stay there again.
