The peaceful getaway

You'll have a great time at this brand new modern basement apartment with 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and living room, and your own separate entrance . Truly a home away from home. Minutes drive from restaurants, shopping areas, University of Waterloo, Wilfred University and Conestoga College. This basement apartment is in a newly custom built house so the driveway is still gravel but a paved walkway to the apartment from the driveway. We live upstairs so will always be available to help.

I booked this place for my uncle’s family who was visiting me from the US, and they had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host Kate and Peter both were very proactive and responsive—communication was smooth and timely throughout. The place was squeaky clean and had a warm, cozy, homelike feel that made them feel right at home. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended!

My two sisters and I walked in and were ecstatic with the fact the bnb looked exactly like in the photos! Such a beautiful place, so cozy, inviting, and more! We definitely have been and will continue to recommend this location to friends and families! We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and it was close to all the restaurants near by, very accessible! Absolutely loved my stay at Jennifer’s place! 🌟 She’s a super host in every sense—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond if you need anything. The location is spot-on—close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The place was super clean with fresh linens, well-stocked toiletries, and the bed? Comfy enough to sleep through an earthquake. 😴 Plenty of space for 1-2 people, and having access to the BBQ and deck was a great bonus. Plus, parking was no problem at all. Would definitely stay again if it's available! 👌🔥
