Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Collingwood

We only stayed there for one night but it was a really good experience. The house is too comfortable, it is very nice and very spacious. It has everything you need at your fingertips. The kayak and bikes are souvenirs that are in very good condition and can be put to great use if you wish. Helen is very attentive, timely and willing. She responds extremely quickly to your questions and gives you solutions for everything in a friendly and warm manner.

Great stay at Blue Mountain. The kiddos really enjoyed the game room and the pool table. it was also super convenient to be able to schedule free shuttle to pick up and drop off to and from the village. Even if couldn't catch the shuttle it's only 20 min walk.

Heather is truly one of the most thoughtful and accommodating hosts I've ever had! She was incredibly flexible with my schedule and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. Her kindness and attention to detail made me feel completely at home. The place itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, convenient area. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into making it a welcoming space. We all had a truly pleasant experience and would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was large and very clean, and in a great location for going to the spa and into the village.

We had a wonderful stay with a family of four including 18 year old teen boys and two dogs. The boys enjoyed the pool table and great tv's while my wife and I enjoyed the great walking and quiet surroundings. It was also easy to have our well trained dogs with us in this location which was wonderful. Thank you Brendan for the terrific stay and allowing us to change our reservation when our plans changed with ease.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

I recently stayed at Jer’s Airbnb with a group of seven friends, and we had an incredible experience. The amenities truly made the stay unforgettable. We spent hours enjoying the pool table, foosball, darts, and old-school arcade machines. The private sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor BBQ and fire pit setup created the ideal space for evening hangouts. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Jer was an excellent host, very responsive and clearly committed to providing a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a getaway with friends or family. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Jer! One thing worth highlighting is that the pictures don’t do this place justice. As great as it looks online, the property is 100 times better in person — more spacious, more comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that aren’t fully captured in photos.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. The gardens and creek were just lovely…the apartment was clean & pretty much had all I needed. In particular the bed was excellent- had a great sleep. Would stay here again, if needed. Wendy was easy to communicate with & prompt with her replies & very accommodating to my schedule. Thank you, Wendy!

An excellent option if they want to go to blue mountain for the weekend

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We were in the area for a dance competition. Lisa’s place was perfect! The bed was cozy and comfortable! We appreciated the full kitchen and modern living room, which felt like home. The space was bright and well-lit. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighbourhood. Lisa was so kind! She left us breakfast, snacks, and even dog toys! She also accommodated an early check-in. Thank you so much! We will be back!

This is my second time staying here and it was just as comfortable and quiet as I remembered from my first trip. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Newmarket.

Great location and good for families with kids! You can enjoy the pool and hot tub. For change of scenery head into town which has a lot of restaurants and boutiques, plus if you time it right; the butter tart festival is held there in summer. There's also Little Lake Park that's 10 minutes if you want to go the beach. And anyone who enjoys Pickleball, there's excellent courts at Tiifin Park.

The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. Excellent AirBnb! Halina is so nice and welcoming. Her home and property are beautiful. The room and amenities were very comfortable. We had a late check-in, around 9pm, and Halina was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing after a long day. We’re looking forward to returning to the area in the future and would certainly stay with Halina again!

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We brought a few friends from overseas for a visit. We were delighted with our stay. The house met all our needs. It was a quiet and peaceful place for us to sit around and catch up with our friends whom we haven’t seen for many years. We were delighted with the generous supply of shampoo and conditioner even though we were not expecting them. We would go back if we ever need to in the future.

We loved our stay with Katherine and her husband. They are very warm, welcoming and interesting people. The B&B was exemplary clean. I want to emphasise that they paid particular attention to the bedding in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets super soft. The place is private and tranquil. It is also very nice to chat with them during breakfast, which was delicious! Katherine also makes homemade muffins that taste like heaven! Thanks again for your hospitality!
