Monthly Rentals in Collingwood

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Great location to explore Melbourne, only a ten minute tram to CBD. Plenty of food options in local neighbourhood, supermarkets very close by. Spacious apartment perfect for a stay of a week we had, to cook, relax etc. host was always quick to reply and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, many thanks!

It was a perfect place to stay at while waiting for my rental to be organised. I have just moved to Melbourne and Andy was gracious enough to extend my stay even after I had secured a rental until the first day I could relocate to Richmond. Andy is a very fast replier, and he was always super helpful whenever I asked a question.

Just a lovely warehouse apartment with excellent private balcony. Easy to access and close to where I held meetings and then relaxed around Fitzroy for the weekend. Very well organised and a pleasure to deal with Claire & Nick.
