This is a great home located in a quiet, family friendly, new neighborhood. It is about ten-minute drive from Penn State campus. The basement unit is just remodeled with upscale kitchen appliances. Everything you will need during your stay! 9 ft tall sealings provide an open, comfortable living space with hardwood floors. Washer/Dryer are available. Separate entrance with two glass doors. The unit has 3 windows with lots of sunlight and enough air circulation. It has a radon fan /monitoring.

Our property offers a spacious 2300 sq. feet of living space (In a walk-out basement) just minutes from the home of the Penn State Nittany Lions! This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Hot Tub and so much more! *please note, we do live upstairs full-time with our toddler and 2 Golden Retrievers. The airbnb is NOT pet friendly.
