Fijn appartement met airco, groot terras en parkeerplaats in een rustige buurt. Goede restaurants in de buurt en op 6 minuten lopen van metro Arturo Soria. Vanaf daar prima verbinding met de stad. Wasmachine aanwezig.

Olga's loft was comfortable and quite, parking was amazing and the location perfect for our motorcycle holiday.

This is a shop converted to a flat for AirBnB. There is a hall with a translucent partition. Both parts have connected bathrooms. One part has a double bed. The other has a kitchenette, dining space and a divan which can be used either as a sofa or a single bed. The architect has done a good job. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Metro. A small apartment with two bathrooms is a rare valuable find. The host is very responsive and flexible. Requests for anything extra are met immediately.

Excelente departamento, coincidía con las fotos, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Fue muy fácil encontrar la dirección ya que las instrucciones fueron muy claras. Excelente atención por parte de Chema.

La estancia fue excelente. El piso estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible, incluso nos ayudó rápidamente con un problema que surgió. Muy recomendable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid et le logement a été très bien. Au calme mais proche des transports publics, il est neuf, bien agencé pour quatre personnes, avec de nombreux rangements. La communication avec les hôtes a été très sympathique. C’était une solution parfaite pour profiter de la capitale madrilène tout en ayant la possibilité de bien se reposer après des journées bien remplies!

Very clean and cozy apartment with sufficient space. There are many windows let the lights in, making the living room quite bright. And the neighbors is safe and quiet, good place for having a rest.

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

We loved this place! It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It would be a great long term stay. Groceries, buses and metro right up the street. Easy commute to see the sights. We would stay here again and recommendz

You want to be in the center of Madrid… experience dreamy rooftop living above the crowds… this is as good as it gets. Magic place for romantic drinks at night and to throw yourself into Madrid‘s life. All great… all as described… great place to actually also cook your own stuff… (just read all the reviews…). Is there watch out? Don‘t get sunburns on the Terrasse…and yes it is top floor appartment so it will hot in summer… but good A/C! Highly recommended

Marsan's home was a fantastic choice for our stay! The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure was excellent. The location was perfect, with plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance and a convenient 10-minute walk to the metro station. But what really made our stay stand out was Marsan's kindness and welcoming nature - he was an amazing host! We'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
