Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Colina, Ciudad Lineal

Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and we felt comfortable right away. Especially the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. Everything was very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A big plus was the washing machine with dryer, which we could share with other tenants – practical and uncomplicated. The bed was a bit small for two people, but it was enough for our 10 days in Madrid. The location of the apartment is ideal – central, with lots of restaurants, shops and places of interest nearby. The landlord Max was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail at check-in and later gave us more valuable tips for the area by message. Overall, a clear recommendation for a stay in Madrid!

The apartment offered by Gema perfectly matches the description and photos of the listing, bedding, equipment, furniture, appliances and kitchen accessories everything was in perfect condition and functional. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from bus station 77 and 167 to reach canillejas and ciudad lineal in 15 minutes (metro line 5). Plenilunio Mall is a 15 minute walk away. Otherwise, by car, parking space is available in the basement just at the entrance and direct access to the apartment. The interaction with Gema was clear, accurate and very courteous. As a Host myself, I know how to recognize the efforts made to maintain its unit and satisfy its customers, Gema has succeeded in these two conditions. I would recommend to 💯 for 💯 and would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arose.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

We felt incredibly comfortable at Rosario's! Even before our arrival we had contact and thus received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything corresponded exactly to the description and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. To welcome drinks, butter, marmalade, milk, ham (in the fridge) and kitchens and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna ... I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all appliances in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything was there! The contact with questions was always lightning fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

We had a great time at this place. Everything matched the photos perfectly: the apartment is bright, well decorated and very well-equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The welcome was warm and the communication with the host fluid and responsive. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return on an upcoming visit to the area.

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!

The apartment was clean, renovated, everything worked. Good heating and unlimited hot water. Comfortable beds and quiet during the night, so sleeping was great. A sunny rooftop terrace. Carmen is very nice, quick to respond to questions. The only downside is the end, which is full of poor, street garbage and people with a suspicious appearance, although we did not experience any of the inconvenience. It's close to the metro station,so it's easy to get to the city center. The market is also close and there are quite a few restaurants in the area. Due to the quality of the listing,the price, the kindness of the host, we are very satisfied.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Miguel’s place. It’s about a 30 min walk to the very centre but that was perfect for us as it was a gorgeous walk and meant the restaurants and cafes were much better value in the area. There were even 2 great cafes and restaurants doors away from the apartment and Miguel could not have been more responsive and accommodating

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

Very cozy, spacious, very well appointed apartment with a very pleasant small outdoor terrace. Lively environment and close to all amenities and the metro. The apartment is extremely quiet as it is set back from the street in a private and secure space. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Flexibility and responsiveness of the owner with easy communication. Highly recommend and will happily return for an upcoming stay in Madrid:)

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. They had a kitchen they could make tea in mornings and relax on the couch with the windows open. It was a great apartment with easy access to the location. Had an elevator and secure lobby area so you felt safe. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. John was great to work with for an after hours check in and very early check out. Would defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment! You can book without a second thought . Thank you again for hosting us, unforgettable stay for us!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Igor was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! His home was extremely clean and peaceful at night, with all the essentials for a great night of sleep. The apartment is supremely-located in the center of Madrid, with the Prado, Retiro Park, Sol, and other key attractions a few minutes walk away, plus many fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes a few steps away. The closest metro station for us was Anton Martin which was also very close, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The building is on the third floor but has an elevator making it easy to get up to his loft with luggage. We happened to be in Madrid during the blackout in the country, and Igor communicated promptly to ensure we were safe and had a way to enter the apartment with the power down in the city. I will absolutely look to rebook with Igor for my next trip to Madrid. 5/5 stars!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
