Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for preparing a meal, such as a complete set of dishes, glasses, pans, cooking utensils. There is an induction cooktop, fridge, oven, espresso machine and a dishwasher. In nice weather, you can sit in our private city garden with a lounge bed. For the HOTTUB, we ask for a contribution of €25, because we refill the HOTTUB with clean water for each new guest."
