Villa comes with beach amenities including beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels & sand toys as well as board games.

New luxury master and guest bathrooms completed in 2022, updated kitchen with granite and new stainless steel appliances. Villa overlooks one of two community pools from a covered balcony which has a spiral-stair that leads down to the pool and lagoon. 1/4 mile walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach and all the South Beach happenings. Unit has a full-sized washer and dryer and private parking.
