Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Colegiales

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Es muy agradable vivir en este lugar animado, lleno de libros, que ya ha sido habitado. Muy cómodo, en muy buena zona, realmente fue genial. Muchas gracias Rubén

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

we loved the house , the location and the attention. it's a warm and cozy place with character. Small oasis in the city. The hosts are great. We highly recommend it

Nos alojamos en este alojamiento con 7 amigos, la casa es grande, funcional y muy comoda, cuenta con una gran cantidad de camas, ideal para viaje con amigos o con familia numerosa, el único punto a mencionar es la presencia de gente durmiendo fuera del alojamiento la cual genero algunos disturbios en la madrugada, pero nada que no pueda solucionarse, Lucía fue super predispuesta y atenta, sin duda volveríamos en una futura ocasión.

Muy linda casa, cómodo vivir con niños. Estaba situada cerca del subte, practico! Nos gustó mucho la casa.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Apartamento super bem localizado, muitos cafes, restaurantes, mercado próximos. Ruas tranquilas para caminhar a qualquer horário. Apartamento bem iluminado, predio super seguro, vizinhança tranquila sem barulhos. Cama boa, cozinha pequena porem completa. Banheiro bom também. O charme realmente fica para o terraço privativo, é muito legal. Santiago responde todas as mensagens muito rápido.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

This place was so clean and absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our stay. I felt extremely safe at this location. Great neighborhood and they have a security guard at the front door 24 hours. Our host met us there and walked us thru the place and where to find everything. The place was also quiet and you couldn’t hear the traffic down the below. The view was incredible as well. We had a memorable stay and would stay here again. Thank you so much!

Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

O airbnb é muito bom. Os anfitriões respondem rápido e são muito flexíveis com horários (me deixaram, por exemplo, ficar mais 2 horas na saída). O local é excelente para duas pessoas e em uma localização muito boa. Tudo está muito caro em Buenos Aires, não seria diferente para o preço da hospedagem.

La experiencia fue satisfactoria … siempre estuvo atenta durante la estadía. Adicionalmente, la propiedad es bastante linda, las zonas comunes como el gym, jacuzzi y la pileta de alto nivel. En la zona encuentras todos los servicios, también es muy fácil de moverse el en subterráneo. Altamente recomendable.

Estuve una noche y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila de Palermo pero cerca de todo. Limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara. Lo recomiendo sin dudas.

Genial estancia, el apartamento muy bien, con muchos detalles y buena acogida de Rosario. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento de todo.

Apartamento muito bem Localizado, acomodação condiz com o plubilcado, anfitriã muito receptiva.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, avec beaucoup de cafés et restaurants à proximité. C’est un appartement très fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la terrasse.

En mi caso trate con Angel,fue super amable y atento,tuve una consulta y paso por el alojamiento de inmediato. Volvere seguro,da gusto encontrar anfitriones como el,excelente todo!

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

La estadía espectacular. Es la segunda vez que me quedo y volvería siempre. La ubicación es excelente, con una hermosa vista. El departamento tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y ordenado, con todas las comodidades. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy buena y amable. Recomiendo 100%.
