The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people that invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so that a cozy indoor climate is created. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window, you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as they breed in the neighboring roof and raise their young. The 30 m² apartment Spatzennest on the first floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction cooker, fridge with freezer and toaster. For our guests, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought.

Small, cozy, friendly, bright and quietly located apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Kulkwitzer Lake, not far from Leipzig, Neuseenland, Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
