Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

This cozy apartment with a 100% modern mountain cottage atmosphere is located in the heart of the four-season resort of Saint Jean Montclar. Perfectly located, this apartment is a 6-minute drive from the beaches of the large lake of Serre Ponçon, the famous paragliding departures of Saint Vincent les forts but also the various canyoning and rafting clubs of the Ubaye. In this quiet, relaxing and dynamic setting, everything comes together for a pleasant and sporty stay with your family.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. In the heart of the ski resort, at the foot of the Blanche range for beautiful hikes from the building. Les Chalets de Chanteloube, The Beautiful Escape

Unusual chalet on stilts with private spa on the terrace (accessible all year round) in the heart of an estate in the middle of nature, among pine trees. On the shores of Lake Serre-Poncon, 30 minutes from Réallon ski resort and 45 minutes from Les Orres ski resort. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. Pellet stove to warm up your winter evenings. Breakfast included. Bed made on arrival, bathrobe and towels provided.

Rent a fully renovated studio ( 25 m²) in the Grand Pavois building located at the foot of the slopes of the resort of St Jean Montclar 2 hours from Marseille. The accommodation contains a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and the ski area. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families. No pets allowed. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Cleaning must be done by the tenant( 40 Euros if not done correctly).
