Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

The accommodation contains a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and the ski area. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families. No pets allowed. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Cleaning must be done by the tenant( 40 Euros if not done correctly).
