On the ground floor of a building located at the foot of the chairlift, with a terrace not overlooked, this cottage will allow you to enjoy outdoor activities with family or friends (mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, hiking, etc.). Our cottage is also a great place to recharge your batteries, with its outdoor space in the heart of the mountains. We'll be happy to host you.

The + of the apartment: top floor, large balcony with nice view, very well equipped (washing machine, oven, raclette grill...), all comforts with 5 real beds (3 in the bedroom and 2 in the mountain corner + extra sofa bed). The + of the resort: 32 slopes with 3 chairlifts, mountain biking, high-altitude lakes, water activities, paragliding, many winter activities

Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Bienvenue dans cette ancienne ferme de 100m² entièrement rénovée, nichée au cœur de la nature sur un très grand terrain sans clôtures, entourée de champs, sans aucun voisin à l’horizon. Ici, le calme est roi... juste troublé parfois par le passage d’un renard ou d’un chevreuil. La maison offre une tranquillité totale, tout en restant proche de tout grâce à sa proximité des axes principaux : à 10 minutes du lac de Serre-Ponçon et de la station de ski St-Jean Montclar, supermarché à 15minutes

Fully equipped, it has 2 double bedrooms, a shower room/toilet, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a garden and a private parking space. You also have raclette and fondue sets available for your winter or summer evenings!

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
