In the heart of the Aravis in Manigod-Col Merdassier, 28 m² apartment on the 5th floor (elevator) of the Les Feudières residence. Breathtaking, unobstructed views of the mountains. Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. At the foot of the shops, slopes and the ESF, the apartment includes: main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (cooking hobs, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machine, Senseo), mountain corner with bunk beds, toilet-bathtub cabin. In summer, enjoy the heated outdoor pool.

Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.

Also take advantage of the many activities organized by the Manigod Tourist Office. Free parking and free shuttles available during school holidays for a worry-free stay.

At your disposal a Raclette / Fondue, croque monsieur / Waffle maker, and a Senseo.

Ideal for families of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) The 25 m² accommodation is on the first floor and has a balcony.
