From here you can access the massif La Clusaz ski area. The apartment has living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with bath and overhead shower,and a separate WC. It has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday both for your winter and for your summer holidays. Several beautiful walks and excursions start about 10min by car further on.
