Si nous sommes disponibles, nous serons ravis de vous proposer les petits déjeuners en supplément livrés à la cabane, faites la demande au moment de votre réservation.

Small unpretentious studio to enjoy the winter season in one of the only ski resorts where snow is guaranteed. All amenities within walking distance (direct access to ski slopes and shopping mall), dishwasher and washing machine on site. Guests can enjoy the many activities offered by the municipality of St Étienne de Tinée and the Nice Côte d'Azur resorts. Winter sports, mountain biking, hiking, family activities, climbing, swimming, and more.

Discover this charming old-style house overlooking the picturesque Barbaira stream in the heart of the medieval village of Rocchetta Nervina. Just 20 minutes from the sea and close to the renowned "laghetti", it offers unique access via a scenic walkway along the river. The exterior includes a cozy outdoor area with an outdoor kitchen, while the private parking lot is just 40 meters away, all for an authentic and relaxing experience.

In a chalet, a brand new cozy accommodation, accessible on foot by a small path. Very quiet, private terrace and garden, south/west facing, exceptional panoramic view of the valley. Leisure center and village center 600 m walk, Public parking. 1 master bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 child in the main room, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom/toilet. Kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, raclette grill, blender, kettle, coffee machine.

A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
