Located at the foot of the "LES JOUVENCEAUX" ski slopes, you will enjoy a 49 m2 apartment, with a bedroom and a sofa bed, very comfortable & modular (160 x 200 or 2 beds of 80 x 200). 🚙 : Garage We live in this accommodation every other week, so it's very well-equipped. 🫕

A nearby fish farm as well as amenities (laundromat with laundry, Aldi, Lidl, Intermarché, city center, market...) and the via ferratta from the rock to Dade (5 km). I propose you to come and stay in this apartment in the heart of the village of Les Rousses. It will allows you to move by foot all along your stay. The apartment has four beds with a bed in 140*190cm in the living room and bunk beds in the entrance. The village center will allow you to access shops but also all departures of hikes and all the activities. The lake is several minutes away and can be accessible by foot (30min walk).
