With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Salon/séjour/cuisine spacieux et tout équipé 3 chambres double : 2 avec lits 180x200 et 1 avec deux lits 90x200 2 salles de bain avec douche italienne 1 filet dans le vide pour profiter de la vue Terrasse extérieure de 50m2 avec Jacuzzi et bain de soleil en accès libre ; donnant une vue panoramique sur la Forêt du Risoux et le Mont d'Or.

Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. You also have a games room and a relaxation area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.
