This charming home is just a short walk to everything! It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite, on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.

This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. A lot of positives to be said for this property. Home was immaculate in cleanliness yet homey and comfortable. NO cleaning of cookware required prior to using and the quality was fantastic, truly appreciated what was available; not one piece of the old and should have been tossed years ago. Communication was smooth and timely. Directions precise and no hassles gaining entry. Beautiful and peaceful on patio with morning coffee and listening to the river. We have been coming to the area for 15+ years and this was voted our favorite place to stay out of the many we have rented.

The house was easy to find, the instructions for getting in were clear and accurate. The house was as described and pictured on Air B&B. Was very clean and neat. It is located close to the historic downtown area. We had a wonderful weekend.
