Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cogolo

The apartment is bright and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom newly renovated with a great shower. Restaurants, shopping and the train station are within walking distance. Carla was very kind and easily accessible. We felt very comfortable.

A truly amazing place! The photos don't even do it justice, it is so gorgeous. The hosts were also amazing and offered my husband and I a ride to and from the ferry since we didn't rent a car, and they ensured that the Internet would be fast enough because I had to work for a little bit. The restaurant directly above the Airbnb is also amazing, some of the best food I've ever had. Really just such an amazing and special place with fantastic hosts.

It was great that Marco was our point of contact every day.

We were guests at 'La Casa di Leo' for a weekend in the snow. From the first contact, Carlo presented himself as a friendly and very helpful person. Before our arrival, he showed us videos of how to enter the building and the apartment, making the self check-in a real convenience. In the house, the environment was clean and tidy. We would have liked more hygienic attention to the linen kit because it did not smell clean even if it did not appear used or dirty. The two single mattresses in the second bedroom are a little uncomfortable. Overall, in our opinion it is a welcoming property, in a convenient location for the ski resorts in the area and managed by an equally good host.

We feel so privileged to have been able to stay in Sabrina’s beautiful apartment. Exactly as it looked in the photos, yet somehow more spacious. Had everything we needed, including robes, slippers and extra blankets. The bathroom was amazing - incredible steam shower and sauna for your private use. Beds were very clean and comfortable and we loved having the washing machine and dryer right there - so convenient. Location is fantastic. Sabrina is helpful, friendly and very responsive. The things I weren’t that fussed about; the stairs up three levels to the apartment and the ski storage area being about 100m walk away. These wouldn’t stop me coming back. There was lots of help from a friend of Sabrina’s to help bring all our bags up to the apartment when we arrived, which was fantastic. The ski storage is a little inconvenient, but it is large and private and the boot dryers are excellent. Again, I add this only for information. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Very clean, there was nothing missing. The only drawback is the hotel next door, which was celebrating a wedding and we were exposed to extreme noise until late at night. The hostess can't do anything about that, but this should be considered when booking this location.

Great Airbnb just above a beautiful cafe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and super clean. We had a large balcony with seating and umbrella. The view from the balcony is to the countryside and the garden from the cafe. The location is very quiet and you are right in the city on foot. Opposite is a paid parking area. We would immediately choose the accommodation again. Thanks so much dear Katharina for the nice days.

There were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, in Michal's cozy and warm and quiet apartment. We felt comfortable right away and would have liked to have stayed longer than just 2 nights. The location is ideal - cross-country skiing, public transport, shopping, etc. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

The apartment is in a great location, close to the ski lift, supermarket and many restaurants. Superbly furnished with everything you need + the amenities of the hotel, such as ski room, underground parking and spa. Communication with Jessica and Janine was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommended!

The place is absolutely amazing, in a charming mountain village that is ideal for family trips. It is a very short distance from ski slopes and ski school for children, and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very well organized, comfortable and with amazing views of the town and the mountains. The host is just fantastic, communications with her were extremely easy and fast. I absolutely loved this place and I’ll probably go back again.

There were a few issues at the beginning but the host sorted them out. Washer and dryer are one machine and takes 7 hours to wash and dry and it does not dry fully. So you’ll need to hang your laundry. Parking wasn’t available due to construction, so we had to find own and the host reimbursed us on the spot. One of the fuses was blown so the heat didn’t work and it was ice cold inside, but the host solved the issue the same day. Great location, great place, rocky start, but an awesome finish. Would definitely stay again.

We had some trouble finding the house in the dark at 10 pm; it is technically located at the specified address, but the entrance with the mailbox is on a parallel street. G-Maps was not helpful as both streets have the same name. A more specific description would have been helpful here. That being said, check-in was hassle-free. We found the apartment in a very clean condition and felt comfortable right away. It has an ideal layout for our family of 5. The living/dining area is very stylish, the 3 small bedrooms are conveniently furnished. From the dining area you have a great view of the Upper Engadine. The kitchen is very well equipped. In addition, you can reach the ski slope within 5 minutes on foot. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!
