I stay for 2 months, Hector is super attentive to everything, I take initiative as it was, the place is super comfortable with very good cleanliness, very good communication and the neighborhood is super quiet. I would stay again with the no doubt many times because of how warm I feel.

I stayed in Matias' house for two and a half months and I immediately felt at home. Matias is a kind and helpful host and responds quickly. He helped me solve practical problems in the early days. The apartment is simple but very welcoming, with everything you need even for long periods. The bedroom, with a comfortable bed, is spacious as is the living room. Exceptional shower. I always cooked my meals there. Great WiFi. The apartment is on the second floor of a three-story building, in a very quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood. Beautiful area of the nearby Coghlan station. Opposite there is a grocery store and fruit and vegetable shop. And also a good restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a small cafeteria. For the more commercial part with more shops you need to get away a little'. I would definitely go back to Matias' apartment.

Nice apartment in great area! I really love this part of BsAs! The apartment is a modern white box with nice decoration. I would recommend it for two people as max. It has own grill what we liked here. The building is also comfortable and warm - friendly reception, 2 elevator areas, etc. Here it is necessary to take into account that all the amenities are not just available - even gym - you need to prebook them. The swimming pool is not in use during winter season - it was +15 outside - but included into this quite high for BsAs price (our neighbours paid 2 times less for the same). And also the washing machines on the ground floor are not in a perfect condition - one of them killed my fav sport pants :( Mauricio was very friendly and reacted immediately as we had problems with sewerage or smth else. Thank you!
