Excellent apartment and I'm speechless about Laura's service, attentive to everything. I'd go back and walk around it.

The apartment is located right acorss from a park and there's a large tree in front of the balcony, so it's a much nicer setting than many apartments in the city. It's also the perfect distance from major streets and transportation. There are so many excellent cafes, restaurants, movie theaters and shops within a 10 minute walk that it's impossible to count. Federico was an excellent host, was extremely felxible with check in and check out times, and was always quick to respond to messages. The buidling is secure and the kitchens and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice accommodation: comfortable infrastructure, clean and in a very practical area. The building is comfortable too and the entrance is safe. The accommodation's features were practical for the routine and it had many amenities that we didn't even get to use. Internet worked very well, you can use it to work without problems. I recommend it!

We had a great time, there were 4 of us, and the 2 bathrooms fix the stay. The cleanliness very well and it is very close to my sister's house which was what we were looking for.

I will definitely rent the property again

I stayed with my daughter for 3 nights. The apartment was beautiful. In every corner there was a delicious smell. The area is excellent, 2 blocks away we reached the arch of Chinatown! We went to a concert at the River court and we didn't need a taxi because in 15 minutes walking we got there very well. I recommend the place and I'll come back whenever I can! Ramiro is an excellent host!

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking without problems, heating throughout the house and a TV in each room. The apartment is super spacious. The Wi-Fi was perfect, ideal for working. The area is super quiet, very neighborhood. It is about 13 blocks from subway B and very close to Av. Congreso.

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Juan's apartment is highly recommended, it is a beautiful area and close to main avenues, getting around is not a problem. Quiet area despite being central and it has a very nice balcony. The apartment is very comfortable, it had towels and toilet paper according to the length of the stay. I did not have to buy cleaning supplies because there were some, that is not always taken into account. Juan's service was very warm and he responded quickly. The building is very quiet and safe too. I will definitely return.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Caro is a great host, she was always attentive to all my questions. She was generous and very kind. The apartment is divine you can see the love she put on it!

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's department was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Convenient location and well-equipped facilities around

it is the second time I visit the apartment of Paula in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently well located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular well lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. sure when I visit Buenos Aires again I will stay there! Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
