We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Very nice house, comfortable to live in with children. It was located near the subway, practical! We liked the house very much.

the house is beautiful, cozy and quiet. perfect for rest. the neighborhood is residential, without many shops and restaurants nearby. the marga is a polite and discreet host. it was a pleasure to share the space with her, since it is an independent accommodation but within the same house. Communication with nat was always very friendly and fast. The certainty of a great stay for those looking for tranquility! the bed is the shower worth mentioning because they are sensational!

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need and is just like the photos. It's very easy to get there from Retiro by train. The hosts are super attentive, always available. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and there are supermarkets, cafes and places to visit. Chinatown is not far from the accommodation.

Very complete accommodation in a charming and pleasant neighborhood to walk around. Bus nearby to go anywhere in the city. Very nice balcony, fast wifi and very well equipped.

Excellent and comfortable apartment! In a very good area, with everything around. In addition to squares and parks, there are nearby avenues such as Cabildo and Libertador. Good details that make things easier for those coming from abroad (bus card, universal plug adapter, two sets of keys). Adapted wall plugs. It has cable TV. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom in the living room. Nice balcony with chairs and table overlooking García del Río Avenue. The host, Dafne, is very kind.

We stayed in Ignacio's apartment and it was a fantastic experience. Ignacio is an exceptional host, always attentive and available to help. The place is clean, cozy and well located, ideal for exploring the city. I definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We hope to return soon!

Silvia communicated very well, was attentive and very cordial. The check-in and check-out of the apartment is very simple, which is also good. Can't find even small negative things about this place and the host. The place is located in quiet Nunez area of BA with a lot of options for public transportation. The area felt extremely safe and we walked even at late hours without feeling unsafe. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores in the area. The place itself is on a smaller side, but felt like home and even with 2 people living we never felt like on top of each other. There is a really nice and practical balcony that can be used as outside living space for the most part of a day. The host was simply exceptional with all issues resolved immediately. I would definitely come back here next time we are visiting Buenos Aires. Huge thanks, Alejandro and Paola!

Everything is fine. The garage has just enough space for 4x4. The refrigerator is a small minibar (May 2025). To take into account if you travel several days, I had no problem. Thank you
