Holiday rentals with a patio in Coghlan

I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which greatly facilitates travel around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. I strongly recommend it to everyone who seeks quality, practicality and a high level of service.

The apartment is beautiful! Perfect location. Clean, warm and super equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay and feel at home. It has a beautiful balcony terrace overlooking the city. I highlight Alejandro's kindness and willingness. We are very grateful to him, as he responded quickly to our needs, and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Our trip to Buenos Aires was for medical studies and we felt very comfortable. I recommend it and of course we'll be back. Thank you Alejandro for having us!

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. Melisa was attentive and thoughtful from the first minute, always responding to all our inquiries. The apartment is spectacular, exactly as shown in the photos. In addition, they allowed us to do a late check-out on Sunday, which was a great help. Thank you for everything! Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Very comfortable apartment for us, a couple with two teenagers. Privacy, en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom. Everything worked great. Ale responded very quickly to every query! I'm very grateful! They left us coffee capsules and a complimentary bottle of water, which we loved. We didn't use the amenities, but everything looked impeccable. The building is very clean and tidy too. The right location for the celebrations we were going to. The view of the river is beautiful! It is in front of a wooded space and clear of buildings, so you can enjoy the view of the river, sunrises and sunsets very beautiful from the closed balcony (integrated into the living room)! Quality towels. Wifi works very well. Safe area. The garage is very good too, the elevator is right next to the garage, so it's super convenient. You pay extra, but you make sure it's sorted. Very happy with the experience!!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Big comfortable and cozzy house. The location is really good. Very close to the bario chino and caffes supermarkets and restaurants all around. The landlords are really nice. There is amazing game room with lots of board games its really fun!! The jacuzzi is big but doesnt get hot enough. No nets on all windows but can be fixed. All and all i really recommend really enjoyed the house

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We had such an amazing stay! The host was super helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy for us. But hands down, the best part was the view. The terrace overlooks Avenida 9 de Julio and the Obelisco - it’s absolutely stunning and totally worth it. We spent so much time just hanging out on the terrace taking it all in. We’ll definitely be telling all our friends to stay here when they visit Buenos Aires. Can’t recommend it enough! 🤩

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
