(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

Woodland bungalow with lots of privacy

Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park and has its own entrance to the Tilweg. In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own grounds of 1100m2! From the cottage you can walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Stay with the farmer!

Staying with the farmer, who wouldn't want that? Discover the countryside. Enjoy the space and tranquility. Nice wooden little basic house, under the oak trees, with a cozy interior. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

Atmospheric studio located on agricultural estate

On a small-scale arable farm, this cozy studio with its own entrance is located. The studio includes a full kitchen, dining table, cozy sitting area and a double bed. A baby crib can be placed on request. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely seating area. A wonderful base to relax and unwind! There are also plenty of activities nearby. For example, Wildlands Adventure Zoo is 5 km away.

Beautiful farmhouse from 1576 in the Vechtdal!

In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a National Monument and located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown in the yard. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!

Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
