This house is beautiful, had plenty of space, large functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

we were in town for my son's wedding and had extended family and friends staying with us. Michael was very accommodating to our requests and very responsive when I had questions. His home is very roomy and had lots of space for us all to sleep.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

This was perfect for our daughter’s graduation get away gift. She loved the location and easy access to all the Coeur d’Alene amenities! Looking forward to enjoy this little gem with my wife!

Jim and Marci’s place was perfect for a girl’s trip. It was squeaky clean, very nicely remodeled and decorated, and very comfortable. They left a nice welcome note and a nice assortment of snacks. We had everything that we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and snacks and a glass of wine in the evening. There are lots of fluffy towels, toilet paper, bath essentials, coffee, etc. They are attentive hosts and very easy to communicate with.. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. 5 stars all around!

Terri was simply great. This was such a pleasant stay. Terri checked in with us throughout to see if we needed anything. Very quiet well kept neighborhood. Very accessible to amenities and restaurants. Exactly as pictured. Well done with thoughtful touches. Worth every dollar. We will recommend this with full confidence of being well liked. Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. The space is so beautiful clean and peaceful. Mandy was so great when we had a work out a booking issue with Airbnb and we are so appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

Great location! Easy to get downtown or out of town quickly to recreation sites. Rhonda is great and very responsive when we had questions. Parking specific to the house so you don't have to worry about parking on the street.

We were only here for a long weekend, but it was such a great spot! The house was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We loved the location and easy access to walking trails along the water. Would definitely recommend!

Another fantastic stay at Tim’s house! The home is spacious, clean, and tucked away in a beautiful part of town—just a short drive from downtown Coeur d’Alene. The theater room was easily the highlight for us; we spent hours watching movies, UFC fights, and playoff basketball on the 4K projector. The kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook every meal we planned. Each bedroom is comfortable and private, with the master suite being especially impressive. Between the peaceful setting, wildlife sightings, and top-notch amenities like the sauna and Traeger grill, this home has everything you need to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the CDA area—already looking forward to our next stay!

We’ve stayed here before and we’ll do it again! Great space. Lovely neighborhood, large private back yard, plenty of space in the house. Perfect for our stay!

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

Peaceful and relaxing, Jason's place was a perfect home base for exploring the area. Beautiful yard with an inviting hot tub. Hope this listing is available the next time we're in Coeur d' Alene.
