We loved this cozy and private Airbnb! It was so clean and comfy.

This home is exactly as listed. It's in a peaceful and beautiful location but still close to everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were especially nice and the beds were super comfy.

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. The house’s location for our primary objective - Silverwood - contributed to our fondness for the beautiful setting. Thank you!

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

Hannah's house was pristine and included all the amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything that you might need during your stay. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus and were the perfect way to unwind after a long day.

The air B &B was soooooo clean and the home had everything we needed. Bright and light and fresh feeling. We had wonderful accommodations to our special needs son who was in a wheelchair. Tara was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to help us be compy and cared for. The patio was relaxing and my son enjoyed watching the golfers, roaming kitty, puppy outside and the turtle and fish in the pond. The kitchen was stocked extra coffee, water and snacks. There are a few maintenance items that should be looked into, and some parts of the house were smudged/dirty like the TV screen in the living room, and the cooktop. Make sure you are checking all emails and texts! All of your instructions for getting into the home are on their website page for you, so getting in (door code) was a bit confusing compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. That site has everything you need, check-in and out, WiFi, door and gate codes, etc. I just didn’t know to look there at first. Thanks for a great stay!

I dont often leave reviews but my husband and I brought our 4 kids here for a week on the lake recently and we had the best time. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and are really excited to book another trip there soon.

Every little detail was so beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and the design is amazing! Nothing will do it quite justice like being there. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub and the property was breathtaking with wildlife and views. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to messages. We all agreed that of ever on the area again, we would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the stay!!

This was our second time enjoying this beautiful home. Loved it both times. Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. House was very clean and excellent fit for my family vacation and convenient location to anything we needed. Love how communicating and respective they are as well. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Great location. Easy drive to Coeur D'Alene Lake or Lake Hayden. House is great. We traveled to Hiawatha to bike, Silverwood and Spokane. Central to all three. Clean and has amenities to cook and clean. Master bed was a king... really comfortable for us and 3 grown kids. Great house. Easy location. Thanks.

This house was fantastic! There were so many things available to use (games, paddle boards, canoes, etc) and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Brian was great to work with. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful spot. We rented it for my daughter and a few of her friends on her 16 bday. They were all blown away when we got there. The backyard and deck and dock were probably the coolest place weve ever stayed at. The house had lots of comfortable places to sleep also.

Michelle, you little house was adorable and comfortable. We always come over to visit family. This trip we brought our dog. She loved her stay! Even though we brought our own dog supplies, you were well stocked for your doggy guests! And, I have NEVER seen so much cookware! LOL! We definitely would love to come back in the autumn, to see your gorgeous maples turn. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was perfect for our daughter’s graduation get away gift. She loved the location and easy access to all the Coeur d’Alene amenities! Looking forward to enjoy this little gem with my wife!

Everything matched the description perfect, close walk to several restaurants and very walkable to more (just not with the age kids I have), but a short drive to the lake. The neighborhood is great and the property has great private space with the fenced yard with is big enough for the kids to mess around playing soccer or catch. What really separates this property, and safe to assume Joshua's others apart, is how equipped the home was for rental. I have stayed in nice, clean rentals before however everything with this was immaculate. Super comfortable beds/sheets, extremely clean, very organized household essentials... on and on. My wife audibly gasped when she saw how well everything was stocked. We have never felt so at home in a vacation rental and will be purposefully speaking out any property's managed but Joshua.

This home is beautiful with amazing views and surrounded by all kinds of wildlife. Owners were responsive to questions, and they made recommendations . Very easy to find. Would we all go again, yes! Thank you.

Beautiful place! The host was flexible with our needs of an early check-in and allowing a bride, and 9 bridesmaids to get ready for my daughters big day! The backyard was perfect for father’s first look. Decorations are BEAUTIFUL, and my daughter had a wonderful day getting ready with her girls. Bride and Groom spent their first night as a married couple, and they said it was perfect. Would recommend!

Wow - This was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We were here for two nights and could not stop gushing about how much we all loved it! The layout was perfect for us, the rooms were so thoughtfully furnished and laid out. The kids loved having their space upstairs and it was so nice to have two bedrooms with king beds for myself and my mom. Of course the animal hunt was a hit, as were the "chickens" in the backyard coop. Other hosts should take notes from David - little things like enough towels and washcloths, extra cozy blankets for watching a movie, plenty of dishes and clearly labeled drawers make staying in an Airbnb with a family SO nice! The neighborhood is an absolute delight. If you like classic homes and charming gardens, give yourself lots of time to go for walks! We also loved the park and the beach, both within walking distance. Truly outstanding host and home!

We had such a lovely stay at Kristina’s rental. The home was in a gorgeous setting and the road noise was very very minimal- we live on a very busy highway, so this was absolutely peaceful for us! The home was incredibly clean and inviting, decorated well, smelled lovely, and was super cozy. We enjoyed simply lounging and relaxing. There were so many amenities available and the home was neat and organized. There was plenty of coffee and creamer provided, cozy blankets and pillows, and for us noise sleepers, there was a fan in the bedroom as well- which was so so appreciated! We really enjoyed the hot tub and outside space. Kristina was very friendly and responsive to all my messages. We loved how secluded we felt but also how quick of a drive to town and restaurant's it was! It was a beautiful area. Belles Brunch house was our favorite in the mornings, and we also really enjoyed eating at Parallel 47 and the Mango Tree. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again 🩵

For those who don’t know CdA, this is a prime spot launching on a hike, taking a paddle, or sitting on the beach. It’s also super close to the park and downtown. For those who do know the area, this is a place you’ve gone past and wondered who could be so fortunate to live there. If it’s available, you won’t be disappointed.

Had the best lake weekend here! This is one of those places that you want to gate keep so the word doesn’t get out, but also that wouldn’t be fair. Buddy’s place had absolutely everything you could want for a weekend at the lake with your favorite people. Multiple times throughout the trip we were surprised with what was there and commented how prepared and ready this place was. The mattresses were also very comfortable and there is nothing like having your own dock! Thank you for a great stay!
