The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

A place where you can find peace and where you get the feeling that the world is perfectly fine. In the middle of the Baumberge region, nestled between the towns of Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Nottuln, lies our lovingly prepared private vacation home in the middle of the Holtmann vacation park.

The 50 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor in our quiet 4 family house. It is located in the central city center (peripheral location), close to the promenade and is suitable for 2 people and a dog. Restaurants with outdoor dining, butcher, baker, and discount store are a 2-minute walk. In the fully equipped apartment you will find a bedroom, daylight bathroom, living-dining room, large TV, kitchen and parking space, as well as 2 free bicycles.

"wild & cozy" in the Münsterland

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Welcome to our Baumberger Waldhäuschen, a cozy Nurdachhaus, surrounded by a natural and completely fenced garden - idyllically located in a holiday park between Billerbeck, Nottuln and Havixbeck. Here you will not find 5-star luxury accommodation, but a peaceful rustic cottage by the forest.

Vacation home "Am Wasserturm" Cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor of a 2-party house, ideal for 2 people, free parking, quietly located in a commercial area in Coesfeld, the Fabrik Coesfeld is within walking distance, where many events and concerts take place. One dog is very welcome! We also live in the house with our dog Maylo. With us you can spend a nice and undisturbed time and make full use of the entire apartment.

In our "Wohlwagen" the name says it all: Come in and feel good. In the wood-scented tiny house, you can relax overlooking the river and horse meadow without sacrificing comfort (e.g. a dishwasher). The air conditioning gives you your individual desired temperature. Suburban location; a bakery and a restaurant are within walking distance. 2 km to the marketplace. Edeka and Aldi are 1 km away, a 2nd bakery is about 800 m away.

Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im wunderschönen, idyllischen Stevertal am Rande der Baumberge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ca. 300 Jahre alten Bauernhof. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.

Mein kleines Paradies am See für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die die Stille suchen. Nach einem Jahr Renovierung, jetzt wieder verfügbar, im neuen Glanz und neuen Ideen. Sehr gute Gegend für Radfahrausflüge und Spaziergänge im Wald oder einfach die Ruhe am kleinen See genießen, und den Vögel und Froschkonzerten zu lauschen. Mücken gibt es selbst im Sommer kaum. Für Menschen die Mal ein paar Tage Auszeit brauchen.
