The Mônica space is extremely similar to the description, with preserved furniture, well-kept environments and thoroughly cleaned. The house is within an organized condo and insurance with 24-hour gatehouse. Although it is a little distant from the beach, about 15 minutes walking, the house is worth it and Mônica was extremely attentive and careful with us. Super recommend the space.

Because it was near Bela Island, I had imagined that there would also be such "borrachudos" there, but fortunately I was mistaken, because in S. Sebastião is not there and this facilitates the night's sleep. Isalana's husband taught us a second way to access the downtown of São Sebastião that made it much easier, because we didn't catch traffic. VALEUD+

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!
