Ja had gone other times to ubatuba, however this time was perfect, the house near the waterfall that no doubt and my favorite place, so without a doubt I will return as soon as possible, 5 star place

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. The stay was perfect, the apartment is exactly as described and in the photos, complete! The host was super helpful and assisted us in readiness. In addition to having left us a few beers in the fridge! We travel with friends and enjoy a lot, no doubt we recommend other guests.

We spent part of a week in the Guilherme structure. From the beginning we answered clearly and cordially. the place is great, has two markets and restaurants on the corner. In addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. We feel at home, even with a baby and a small dog (Here enjoying the house has a kennel). We will definitely return!!

This place was absolutely perfect!!!! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The house is very comfortable, and having three en suite bathrooms for each room was great. It’s a 5 minute drive from the beach! Ana Maria was so helpful, responsive and kind, always communicating with us when we had a question. And we hired Giovana as a cook for the week, which was a great decision - she made delicious meals for us so we really could feel like we’re on vacation. 10/10 stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation, and I hope to visit again!!!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.
