Monthly Rentals in Coates Island

My family and I stayed from 4/16/25 to 4/20/25 the house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the local restaurants, Ben and Jerry’s and took our little one to the Echo museum while visiting. I hope to stay here again while visiting my daughter at UVM. The house had everything we needed and the comfort of home feeling was a 12/10 Thank you for a wonderful and stress free stay.

My husband and I sold our home in the area and needed a place to stay for a month before we could get into our new home. Aimee was able to host us at the last minute when our plans suddenly changed. She even made an exception for our 2 cats . Her home is lovely with a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. The kitchen is updated and contained everything we could possibly need and more. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub in the yard felt amazing at the end of the day!!

Location was perfect! Most of the best places in town and Lake Champlain are within a 10-15 minute walk. Apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. As another reviewer pointed out, the parking, shower and toilet are all really tight on space, but workable for a shorter stay, and worth it for the walkability.

Unique and cozy camper. Spotless and comfortable. It was easy to find and in a great location. The park was quiet and peaceful. The camper had all the normal amenities and the host was wonderful. Easy to find and easy to access the camper. A truly great experience.
