Monthly Rentals in Coast Guard Island

We loved our stay at Steve's AirBnb. It had everything we needed and some. Having two bedrooms was a plus for us. When the snoring started, there was a bump-out room. Very clean. All needed items present for living easily. We walked to our conference each day through nice neighborhoods. We found it quite delightful, that when we wanted to cross a street without stop signs, people would stop for us in Alameda. Steve gave us good tips for lunch spots and he is super sweet. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful neighborhood, peaceful, and walkable. Very comfortable bed, spacious rooms, and nice bathroom! We appreciated the full-length mirror in the hallway and convenient coffee maker in the kitchen.

A cozy and peaceful Oasis with everything you need to enjoy the fabulous Ivy Hill location. Michelle was super responsive and I enjoyed my time at her place.
