Huge wall of windows in the warm and inviting living room brings the pristine forest right indoors. Loft-level master suite, 2 bedrooms below, futon in the cinema/arcade room, means space for the whole family.

This comfortable cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the golf course & a 1 minute drive into "downtown." Visit shops & restaurants on popular Burro Street, hike along numerous trails nearby or even go play a competitive game of frisbee golf, and then return back home for a relaxing evening grilling outside on the wood deck.

The house sets on 2 lots with tall Pines and gorgeous Aspens.. there is an outside barbeque area with a propane grill and picnic table. Also a game room with a beautiful pool table, corn hole and darts. Netflix is included with both televisions, roku, cable and movies to watch as well. In the loft is a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The decor was carefully chosen to bring a little bit of a wow factor into our place. Firewood available. There's a small herd of deer and a big fat raccoon...
