Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th. Me and my family had the best time. We had so much fun in the bar, playing pool and watching movies. As for the pool and hot tub..... wow! It was just absolutely brilliant. we all had the best time. the house itself was stunning, cozy and comfortable. Delanie you were just wonderful . I loved how we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Living like superstars for a weekend. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Our stay at Katie's was fabulous! The home was adorable and perfectly located, with large windows that filled the space with bright light and charming furnishings. The garden was lovely, and the location was ideal for walks in Whalley, Painter Wood, and the wider Ribble Valley. Katie was an excellent communicator, providing detailed information on local amenities, entertainment, and clear house rules. She was friendly and prompt in her responses. Highly recommended!

Niamh was a great host. The place was even better than the pictures and fantastic value for money, Niamh replied fast to any queries we had. If I am in the area again I would 100% book back without a doubt.

The place is absolutely stunning, the lake is peaceful and beautiful and the lodge is impressive. The decor is so beautiful and it had everything we coule have possibly needed. Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you would expect from a cottage in the centre of Chipping - on the other hand modern bathroom and kitchen and everything nicely decorated.

Had a lovely stay at Kirsty’s property in Barnoldswick! Property was beautiful, very quaint and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. House was clean, kitchen stocked with milk and coffee/tea facilities and furniture very comfy. Only thing I had to liaise with Kirsty about was the TV downstairs and the wifi connection to that, it cut out on the last evening however it didn’t poss an issue for us at all. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Very well presented property. Immaculate and lovely decor. Fabulous location which is within 2 mins walk of pleasant bars and restaurants as well as many walks.

Great place to stay. Perfect size for a family of 7 plus 1 toddler and dog. Plenty of space on the drive for 3 large cars and also road parking. Good sized garden for dog. Short walk to local village. Great sized hot tub! Would recommend!

A beautiful little retreat, in a perfect location to go and explore the local attractions. White Scar Cave and the waterfall trail are both well worth a visit. Only a short drive to the Lake District too. Carly is an amazing host who goes above and beyond with all the extra little touches, she has thought of everything to make your stay so easy and comfortable. The Lodge is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. we will definitely be returning.
