Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. I have 1 dog (no access to the accommodation) 3 cats. In enclosure: chickens, ducks, 1 goat, games and toys available. Basics in English, German, Italian

Je suis située à 1h du puy du fou, 1h du futuroscope et 1h des marais au milieu des 3 sites emblématiques qui entoure mon exploitation.

Notre gîte, avec 2sdb+2wc , 2 chambres et un canapé convertible , maison en pierre, se trouve au milieu des champs, idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis ! À 10 minutes de Bressuire. 1km de Boismé :boulanger, épicerie Api, restaurant. Un grand terrain sans vis à vis, salon de jardin,un barbecue ,chaises longues pour profiter du grand air ! A 45min du Puy du Fou ! A 1h30 des plages ! A 1h du Futuroscope et du marais. Possibilité de louer le linge de lit.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse, accessible independently, is entirely dedicated to you.
